I teach you to live more simply and consciously in the way you’ve always desired. Healthy, fit, balanced, full of energy, and happy with yourself- inside and out.

For YEARS I resolved to “lose weight” and “this was MY year” so I could finally feel good in my own skin.

In my 20’s, I would cut out pictures of women from magazines I aspired to look like and hang them on the fridge of my studio apartment. I’d go grocery shopping for food I thought I wanted to eat or from diets I aspired to be on. Over the years, things didn’t look much different. So I stopped the self-sabotage and said goodbye to challenges and resolutions for good (ish.)

Concepts like Whole30, juice cleanses or macro counting can work for many people, but not many can actually kept the weight off and continue long term. Results are usually temporary.

My own experience with diets and weight loss has led me to where I am today- fit and feeling great in my own skin at 47 years young. My accumulation of personal experience, education, and 23+ years as a health and fitness professional has led me to create programs for others to help them get to a place of freedom from challenges and find peace of mind.

I do NOT count my calories/macros, weigh my food, measure my heart rate, etc…
I DO, watch my thoughts and habits, move my body and eat the foods I love. Both the ones that make me feel good and look good, as well as the ones that satisfy my sometimes intense sweet tooth or a feeling of comfort and nostalgia (even when my skinny jeans or digestion disagrees.) It’s all about balance, right?

It doesn’t have to be hard, you just have to pay attention.

My goal with this group is to help YOU find that balance, to help YOU pay attention to what actually matters (hint: it’s not the scale, nor the calories and it’s definitely NOT cardio), and to help guide you on a simple path of wellness that leads to emotional and physical freedom in all areas of life.

  • No. Ideally you sign up and read through the materials, buying any foods that you'd like to try that week but ultimately just showing up and watching the videos is all you need to do.

  • It’s not a diet. Just simple self-care strategies to help us all put ourselves first. My hope is that it will remind you (and everyone here) how focusing on a few simple steps can make a big impact on your health and happiness.

  • It’s simple. Accountability for you to add a little extra self-care in your life. Balancing hormones begins with self-care and starting to pay attention. Over the course of the 5-day Reset, you will pay attention to your habits, sleep, movement, water, and diet.

    Each day you will tick off a simple checklist of basic self-care habits and keep your partner accountable in the facebook group!
