Staci LaRue is a fitness and nutrition expert and the creator of Sexy in the Middle. As a mom of two young children, a wife of a restauranteur, a business owner in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years, Staci has experienced the lessons, stories, crisis and laughs that come with coaching hundreds of women through middle age, as well as living her own.
Staci is passionate about empowering middle-aged women and teaching them how to live their best life, feel confident and sexy, and to show them just how powerful they truly are.
It is empowering to be surrounded by strong women, which is exactly why Staci created this community. Guiding women “in the middle” through lifestyle changes that unleash their physical power and bring out their sexiest and most confident selves.
I spent years looking for “THE MAGIC PILL.”
I‘ve tried every diet and weight loss plan under the sun. I was miserable with myself and no matter what I ate or didn’t eat, nothing changed or, things got worse. That’s because I wasn’t addressing my hormones! I also wasn’t approaching weight loss from the bigger picture, I just wanted to see the scale go down and I was only seeing temporary results from dropping calories or upping my exercise, my hormones were a mess.
I know what you want, I wanted it too. Been there, done that, bought the shake mix.
But as a professional who’s been doing this for over twenty years and as a now fit women “in the middle” I know what you need. I’ve walked the walk and talked the talk and discovered what really works (and what doesn’t) in this weight loss/health journey and I love helping my clients “unlock” their own code to success.
Nothing brings me more joy in my career and that’s why it was so important for me to create my programs, because women in the middle need to address their Hormone Code in order to see lasting positive changes.

“To say these past 6 weeks have been a game-changer for me would be 100% true. I finally took the time for myself. In my 52 years on this earth, I don't think I have ever put myself first. Growing up I was always the chubby girl, the food sneaker who would just eat even if I wasn't hungry, not really loving myself ever. I was the person who tried WW multiple times, the person who did any and every diet, who would work out all the time, and the harder I pushed myself the more I thought I should see the change.
