“My first Unlock your Hormone Code program was 2 years ago. I had just turned 39 and I was at my heaviest non-pregnant weight. All of my usual tricks to lose weight (diet, do more cardio, HIIT, etc.) were not working. I was so frustrated, mad at myself, mad at my body - I honestly thought something was wrong with me and I started doing all kinds of medical tests, but my results came back normal.
