What does feeling ‘Sexy in the Middle’ mean to you?
To me, feeling ‘Sexy in the Middle’ means feeling good in my skin - loving how I feel in clothes and what I see when I look in the mirror.

What programs have you completed and how did it change you?
I’ve done several of the Self Love Society’s 5 Day Hormone resets and 3 rounds of the 6 week Unlock Your Hormone Code program. The 5 Day Hormone reset gave me a glimpse into changing habits and thinking differently by following simple steps.

The Unlock Your Hormone Code program has been a game changer for me. It truly helped me to change my mindset about who I want to be and how to get there. It also taught me to stop beating myself up and feeling guilty every time I indulge in unhealthy food. I’ve incorporated a ton of new healthy habits into my life that were hard in the beginning but are now easy, like fasting and eating greens with every meal. I am now in the best shape I’ve been in as an adult. I’ve reached my weight loss goal, but it’s so much more than that. I’ve truly changed who I am and am loving the new me!

Whats your favorite indulgent food?
This is a hard one because there are so many! I would say pizza though if I had to pick one.
